Claudia Hall Spencer, 64, of New Bern died Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Viewing is Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Oscar's Mortuary, Inc. Her service is 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel. The interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Melvin Hall of Texas, Khalil Hall of New Bern; daughter, Jacqueline Hall of New Bern; friend, Jimmy Wilson; nieces and nephews.
Masks are required.

I had the honor of knowing Ms. Spencer for many years. She always put others' needs before her own. She was a great lady and loved her son, Cahlir. She will be missed by many.
