Deocia Hall Norton,73, of New Bern was called to rest Sunday, March 22, 2026.
Her service is 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 2, 2026 at St. John M. B. Church Walt Bellamy Drive, New Bern. The interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Titegge Lovick (Mohammed Wal), Ida Evans (Wendell) Darnetta Bolds (Anthony), Larnetta Hinton (Dion), Shanti Williams, Fayetteville and Patricia Hawkins, Pamlico County, NC; two sons, Michael Gibbs (Marsha), New Bern and Antonio Hall (Nasheila), Raleigh, NC; three sisters, Debra Herring (Donald), New Bern, Delores Callaway (Donnie), Orlando, FL and Betty Hawkins, Jacksonville; twenty-five grandchildren; forty-one, great-grandchildren.
