"Miss Dent" was one of my favorite people. She's a very special friend that I have loved since I was a child. Her mother "Miss Lena Smith" was well known to the folks of Alliance. My late husband, James Nobles often worked in the fields with her. He always said she was "one working woman"...and as a young man he had a hard time "keeping up with her". She will always have a special place in my heart. I learned a good lesson from her passing. I had meant to stop in and see her and tell her one more time that I love her...but I waited too long, so if you have someone you need to tell that you love them...do it now. Miss Dent, I am so sorry for not getting to tell you how much you mean to me so look out for me in heaven 'cause I am sure going to tell you up there. Until that day, rest in heavenly peace.
