Carolyn, Brenda, Howard: It is with great sadness that I share the loss of your Dear Mother. I visited her before the pandemic, and we embraced our memories of a blessed past. She was kind, supportive, intelligent, a disciple of Christ, as well as strong. She loved her family. I can truly say that I loved her and to this day, I feel a part of the family. My deepest condolences to the Linyear family. Miss Ella was one of my mother's dearest friends. I've known and loved her since early childhood. She was such a beautiful soul and always had inspirational words for me. They say "it takes a village", well Miss Ella was a big part of my village as I grew up in Pamlico County.
