Frances George Robinson,83, of New Bern entered eternal rest Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
Her Service is 11:00 AM, Friday, January 16, 2026 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel. The interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the home of Lonice Robinson 2900 Madison Avenue.
She is survived by her daughter, Lonice Robinson, New Bern; sister, Sarah Fenner, Raleigh, NC, brothers, James George Jr.
two granddaughters, Kandi Gardner, Knightdale and LaToya Taylor, Raeford, NC.

To Lonice Robinson and Family, I want to extend my heartfelt condolences to you all. Mrs. Frances was such a sweet and kind lady. I can still remember seeing her and Lonice riding around town, with Lonice right there in the passenger seat. Those memories speak to the love and closeness they shared. I'm praying that God gives each of you strength, comfort, and peace in the days ahead.
Lonice You have Our Deepest Sympathy in the Loss of your Dear Sweet Mother. Aunt Frances was a beautiful sweet lady and always a joy to be around. Psalm 34:18 tells us " The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit" Know that you and your family are in thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Lonice, Latoya & Kandi, your mother will truly be missed. She was such a beautiful person and an adopted grandparent to my children. She loved them, nurtured them and she will always be in our hearts. So sorry for your loss and we will continue to pray Gods strength for each of you.
Nana these past few months have been such a blessing. We were able to make our bond stronger each day and I will forever be grateful for that. You don't have to worry anymore about pain or being lonely. You will forever be safe, clean,warm,full, and loved.
