Guy and I volunteered to serve on a VA panel in Minneapolis together. I connected with him right away. He was always thoughtful, polite, cheerful, honest, and insightful. He was a true gentleman; a rare type in today's world. I will miss his insight during discussions, and his friendliness during our breaks. I pray that our Lord will comfort his family during this difficult time. Respectfully Yours, Richard Lien, CMSgt, USAF, Ret.

My Deepest Condolences to the Whimper Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
We send our condolence to the entire family of Mr. Guy Whimper. Guy was known to us in a professional setting. It was apparent that he was a people's person for he never met a stranger. I have personally witnessed how he made the difference in the lives of young people by inspiring them to become the best they could be. Guy represented the best of what God expects his people to do-love one another by action and deeds rather than by mere words. Guy did just that by leaving his fellow man in a better state than when he met him. Guy Whimper will be greatly missed by so many. We are praying for your strength family. Dr. Don and Evelyn Smith.
