Guy and I volunteered to serve on a VA panel in Minneapolis together. I connected with him right away. He was always thoughtful, polite, cheerful, honest, and insightful. He was a true gentleman; a rare type in today's world. I will miss his insight during discussions, and his friendliness during our breaks. I met Guy this past March and I immediately connected with him, talking and sharing experiences with him was inspiring. I was looking forward to seeing him in September for some training. I wish to send my Condolence to the family of Brother Guy Whimper Sr. He and I processed up the chain as a Prince Hall Mason together and later shared the knowledge of Marital Arts (Karate)together. He attended many meetings and trained several in Mental Health. He was a Past Adviser to several youth programs. He was always trying to show others the direction from darkness to the light.
