I'm hurting, just heard about Gwen passing but God knows best. I will miss the cards, our brief talks at work about family and life. Gwen was a loving, kind person to me. Lele, Brian and grandchildren, I feel your loss and y'all are always in my prayers. RIP Gwen Love, Linetta

Brian and Lele, My thoughts and prayers are with you. Your mama was so proud of both of you and your families. Gwen was my lead worker at Social Services. She instilled many good practices in me, most importantly, how to use a manual. Her love and guidance taught me so many things. I still find all these years later, I still quote things she would tell me. I have no doubt that Gwen is dancing on streets of gold now. Her faith in God was so beautiful to see. She did not just talk the talk, she walked the walk! I have so many precious memories of your mama. She touched my life in many ways. Brian and Lele, as you begin this journey of life without your mama by your side, know that she is watching over you. You and your families were/are her shining stars. Big hugs! Theron and family, I am sorry for the loss of your mother. Gwen has touched my heart in so many ways showing me love. During my 80th birthday she showered me with my Christmas ornaments,with my grand kids, my great great kids, and my kids names.Gwen you are in the arms of the Master who had a plan that we could not control. So I will not say goodbye but I plan to see you on the other side. Gwen you have left a empty spot in my heart but you will never be forgotten. You will truly be missed on this side. Gwen was a special friend and an amazing person! It was an honor to be able to call her my friend. She will be missed, but it's a great blessing to know where she is spending all eternity. My prayers are with the family.

I worked with Gwen at Social Services. She trained me and always held me accountable. She was a fantastic woman. I was able to follow in her foot steps and took over where she left off!! We always stayed in touch and I will miss her XMAS cards and updates on her family. I always looked forward to her little magnets she made. My deepest sympathy to her family. God bless her!!😢
