Hazel Marie Boone,80, of Brooklyn, NY was called to rest on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
Her service arrangements were on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Grace Funeral Chapels at 607 North Conduit Blvd., Brooklyn, NY.
Hazel was survived by her life partner, Joseph Smith; one daughter, Lorraine Boone, one son, William Boone; two sisters, Reva Johnson and Virgina Hill; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
