Nana, I'm gonna miss your gentle and soft voice, your beautiful smile and your kind words! You've treated me as one of your daughters. For that, I'm very grateful. Our telephone conversations always ended with you telling me that you love me and I was your daughter. I was blessed every time to hear you say that.

Nana, we're missing you so much! I know you're in a better place and you would not come back if given the opportunity to do so.

My heart is deeply saddened by the loss of my beloved grandmother. She was the heart of our family her love, wisdom, and warmth touched everyone who knew her. She and my other grandmother always called me Pumpkin, a name that will forever remind me of their unconditional love and the special bond we shared. Her spirit, kindness, and laughter, especially when she would laugh and say whoo who. These memories will forever live in my heart. May she rest peacefully, surrounded by the same love she gave so freely.
