Obituary For Ida Sutton
Ida Joy Harper Sutton, 93, of Morehead City, NC died Saturday May 16, 2026 at SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House Newport.
Her funeral service is 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 23, 2026, at St. Mark AME Zion Church, Mansfield Community, Morehead City, NC. Interment will follow at the Mansfield Community Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, Richard Glen Sutton and Ronnie Craig Sutton both of Morehead City; four daughters, Shirese Simmons of Morehead City, Gail Turner of Texarkana, AR, Connie Sutton of Morehead City and Sonya Godette of Havelock; eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
