James Andrew Kelly Jr.,75, of Havelock died Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Debora N. Kelly of the home; his children, Christopher Kelly, Greenville, NC, James Kelly III and Kendrick Kelly both of Havelock and Matthew Kelly, Newport News, VA, Shanelle Frazier and Tinecia Kelly both of Havelock, Marinda Murrell, Morehead and Shilitha Swindell, New Bern; brother, Lavonda Kelly, Edwards; sisters, Amy Reves, Texas, Armenter Ellis, Havelock and Vivian Bryant, Cove City; nineteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
