James Andrew Kelly Jr.,75, of Havelock died Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
His service is 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Oscar’s Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Drive. The Entombment will follow at the Kelly Cemetery.
Viewing hours are 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the mortuary.
He is survived by his wife, Debora N. Kelly of the home; his children, Christopher Kelly, Greenville, NC, James Kelly III and Kendrick Kelly both of Havelock and Matthew Kelly, Newport News, VA, Shanelle Frazier and Tinecia Kelly both of Havelock, Miranda Murray Morehead City, James Norris, Germany and Shalitha Swindell, New Bern; mother, Lillie Mae Pritchard Kelly, Havelock; brother, Levonder Kelly, Edwards, NC; sisters, Amy Reels, Texas, Armenter Ellis, Havelock and Vivian Bryant, New Bern; twenty-two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
