Obituary For James Roberson Sr.
James Ernest Roberson Sr., 66, of Vandemere, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on, Saturday, June 28,2025 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00, Friday, July 11, 2025 at Peter's M. B. Church 639 Pennsylvania Avenue, Vandemere, NC.
The family will be accepting plants in his memory and they can be delivered to Oscar's Mortuary.
He is survived by his two sons, James Roberson, Knightdale, NC and Eric Roberson, Greenville, NC; one daughter, Elethia Woodham, Washington, NC; two brothers, Calvin Roberson, California and Jermaine Roberson, Vandemere, NC; one sister, Darlene Roberson, Vandemere, NC; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.

What can I say about my friend Ernest Roberson, or Mean Gene as he was affectionately known. I have laughed and fussed with him many a day. To his children and family you are in my thoughts and prayers. Sleep Easy my friend.
