Obituary For Jerry Barnard Sumner, Sr.
Jerry Barnard Sumner, Jr., 69, of New Bern died Sunday, January 24, 2021 at his residence.
His service is 11:00 AM Monday, February 1, 2021 at Oscar's Memorial Grounds 1700 Oscar Dr. New Bern.
He is survived by four sons, Jerry B. Sumner, Jr. of the home; Corey Courman of Staten Island, NY, Anthony Courman of New Bern and Carl Lewis of Bridgeport, CT; one daughter, Tawana Lewis of New Bern; three brothers, Albert Edwards and Darien Sumner both of New Bern and Edward Sumner of Pittsburg, PA; two sisters, Stephanie Edwards and Diane Sumner both of Greenville.
Masks are required. Chairs are limited, please bring a chair.
