His Funeral service is 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Jasper G. Hayes Omega Center, 800 Cedar Street, New Bern, NC.
Jerry is survived by his mother, Renee Matthews Shurns, Jacksonville, FL, his children, TaQuan Walker, Shijura Scott, Peyton Scott and Kamiyah Scott; sisters, Shaunteria Matthews and Nichole Scott; Grandparents, Flora Jones (Fountain), Glenn Matthews and Cynthia Scott.
