My aunts Carol and Julia and I send love and condolences for the loss of your dear mother. With fond memories of your family during my summer breaks, when as children we all played on Jones and Church Streets, at the ancestors' Miss Doe Doe's and Miss Georgie's. I hugged Miss Jessie at the Historical Awards ceremony when she was honored, and I was very happy for her. She was regal and beautiful. May The LORD cover you and your family with power and console you during this time. Terri Jones
Greetings and Love to my dearest cousins (Gwen, Diane and Glenn Jr), I can still vividly remember our days growing up in the projects before the move to Pembroke. Shortly after your mom built your new home, we moved up the street and it all seems like yesterday. Your Mom (Cousin Jessie) has always been a mainstay in my life over all those years. As I look back, she has been a rock and steading influence as I grew from a young boy and eventually into manhood. I will always remember going by to say hello to her on my visits home. It was comforting to know she was just across the little field between her house and my mom's. My daughters (Lauren and Gabby) and I express our sincere condolences for the loss of your dear and wonderful mom. May she rest in eternal peace, I will always remember her kindness and love. I love you guys... Cousin Chick (Hebrew Boone).

Dearest Stanley Family our love, prayers and heartfelt sympathy are with at this time of transition. We are praising the Lord for his gift of a beautiful, honest, caring and loving Mother that spent 97 years on this planet serving with a whole heart. You her children; her greatest joy and her beaming legacy on this Earth. All we know is that the Lord called his daughter home to rest eternally in His kingdom, forever. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Rest dear Mother, good and faithful servant. Much love, the Pamela Butler family.

We are expressing our condolences and sending prayers to Gwendolyn, Diane, and Glen on the passing of our great aunt Jessie Hardy Stanley. Most of us met aunt Jessie when she traveled to Atlanta for a conference and had dinner with us. She was so full of life and talkative about family history. On special occasions, she would send money. God bless you all and a brighter day is coming. Sincerely, Luke, Tiffany, Gabrielle, and Ziyah. Children of Larry Darnell White, aka Larry Haqq.
My deepest condolences to you and your family. Sharon C Holloway Bryant

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mother Jessie H. Stanley. To Jessica, Gwendolyn, and Glenn - may the cherished memories of having someone as precious as your mother for many years linger in your hearts forever. Take comfort in God's love during this difficult time. Please know we are remembering you in our prayers during your time of bereavement. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death." Hope these words give you comfort and a new hope. Prayerfully Submitted, Dr. Erroll L. Royal & Family
May the peace of the Holy Spirit that surpasses all understanding surround you all and give you comfort. " We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord." 2 Corinthians 5: 8. Blessings. Ken Whitehurst, CP
