To the family you have my sincere condolences

I want to send my deepest condolences to our family, and especially to Joe's wife, whom he loved very much, on the passing of our cousin, Joe Lewis. He always had a smile on his face and a way of bringing warmth to everyone around him. He was one of the first cousins I would visit whenever I came to North Carolina, and he also made time to visit us in New York, which meant so much to us. Those moments will always be cherished. Joe will truly be missed, but his love and memory will live on in our hearts.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. I didn't know Joe well, but I knew enough to see the things that brought him joy — classic TV, a good western, watching the cats outside, and most of all, his family. His quick wit and warm humor left an impression even on those who only crossed his path briefly. I hope the memories of the moments he loved most bring you comfort and peace in the days ahead.
