Joe Louis Matthews, 88, of Bridgeton died Wednesday January 14, 2026 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
His funeral service is 11:00 AM Saturday January 24, 2026 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Drive New Bern.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Mathews of the home; daughter, Emma Dale of New York, NY; sister, Mary Matthews of Queens, NY.
