My deepest condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with John Sr. (Baby John) through my dear friend, Carol Summers. His radiant smile, and warm and welcoming spirit, made you instantly feel like you were family. I am blessed to have experienced the fruits of his labor (literally!) enjoying delicacies he carefully cultivated like his fresh from the garden corn, hot pickles, and the sweetest grapes I have ever had in my life. My heart is so heavy. I know to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and I hope that thought brings some comfort during my family's time of grieving.
