John Morgan Lee, Jr., “Brat,” departed this life on August 9, 2020 in his home in Harvey, LA.
His service is 10:00 AM ;11:00 AM NC time Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St., Gretna, LA. Burial will follow at Southeast Louisiana Veteran Cemetery, Slidell, LA.

He was the son of the late John Morgan Lee, Sr. and Melvina Lee.
Growing up in Havelock, NC, John loved baseball and football. He excelled in both Babe Ruth and Little League baseball. The son of a fisherman, he also developed a passion for fishing.
He graduated from Havelock High School and went on to matriculate at Fayetteville State University. He served our country as a member of the United States Navy for four years. He was an excellent car salesman and he had a special love for music and playing lead guitar. He will be dearly missed by his coworkers, fellow band members, friends, and family.
Blessed with the memories of John’s love are his devoted wife of 29 years, Mrs. Pamela Lee of Harvey, LA; three sons, Javon Lee (Pamela) of Clemmons, NC, Hondo Jarman of Havelock, NC, John Morgan Lee III of Lafayette, LA; one daughter, Jordan Lee of Harvey, LA; five grandchildren, Ethan Lee, Isabella Lee, Stephanai Jarman, Haniyah Jarman, and Amina Jarman; two brothers, Alvin West, Sr. (Myrtle) and Wilson Lee (Renate), both of Havelock, NC; one sister, Melvina Vonda Lee of Concord, NC;
