Obituary For John Phaup
John Jordan Phaup age 85 died November 1, 2026 in his home at 206 Johnson Street, New Bern.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Fletcher Phaup and son, Robert Satterfield Phau.
His daughter, Jordan Gatley Phaup died in 2007.
Before opening Phaup Building Services in New Bern he wrote for the Asheville Citizen and worked at Nat Dixon's Nursery in New Bern.
His Funeral Service is 1:00 PM, November 7, 2026 at Christ Episcopal Church 320 Pollock St. New Bern.
