Katie Beatrice Hickman Bennett, 96, of New Bern, passed Monday, November 14, 2022 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Viewing hours are Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Oscar's Mortuary.
Her service is 11:00 AM, Sunday, November 20, 2022 at Green Chapel M. B. Church. The interment will follow at the Hickman Hill Family Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Willie Roe Bennett, New Bern; daughter, Ella Bennett Cunningham, Concord, NC; brother, Leroy Cox, Beaufort, NC; three grandchildren.
