Khalil Nasir Grant,18, of New Bern passed May 24, 2025.
His service was held 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 9, 2025 at New Bern Memorial Cemetery with Reverend Angelo Brown, Officiating. Followed by the interment.
He is survived by his mother, Portia Grant; father, Leon Koonce, New Bern; daughter, Kahlana Elise Grant; five brothers, Shylek Grant, Kahori Grant, Myron Grant, Camari Grant, Mekhi Morris all of New Bern; sisters, Nigeria Williams, Nasharvia Grant and Sha'Mariya Ballard all of New Bern; maternal grandparents, Teresa Grant & Edgar Lovick; paternal grandmother, Jaeqvon Koonce all of New Bern; paternal grandfather, Leon Roberts, Clarkton, NC.
