Ki'Asia Danae Hamilton, 21, passed Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Her Funeral Service is 12:00 PM, Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Mt. Calvary M. B. Church. Interment will follow in the Spikes Family Cemetery.
She is survived by her mother, Natasha Stokes (Craig), Washington, NC; Godmother, Shasmekia Davis (Carl); her siblings, Craig Stokes, Jr., New Bern, Ni'Asia Stokes, Washington, Antonio Shoekley, Ja'shaun Stokes, Kymon Hamilton, New Bern, Akio Hamilton Washington, Tyler Stevenson, Greenville, Brittany Stokes and Ariyah Sumner, New Bern; grandfather Maurice Stevenson (Marilyn) Salisbury, MD; a host of nieces and nephews.

I had the privilege of teaching Kiasia in middle school. Heartbroken doesn't even begin to explain her loss, and I will never forget her beautiful eyes and beautiful smile. My deepest condolences to all of the people Kiasia loved and held dear. Akio, you are always in my thoughts and in my heart. 🩷
