Kris was a lovely, warm and caring person. I knew her through Civitan and she was always doing something for someone else or helping in anyway she could. She will be missed. Catherine Campbell
I just heard of our great loss in the death of Kris. What a wonderful person she was. Always a smile on her face and a helpful hand to support you in any way she could. North Carolina District Civitan's were so lucky to know Kris so well for so long. I will certainly miss her. Rest my friend.
Kris was my 'other sister'. We met long ago in the 1970s and continued our friendship through the years,, especially since the deaths of our husbands. She became a member of our family and shared our ups and downs always being a source of caring and love. She will be greatly missed. We know our Kris is with our Lord in His heaven and no longer feels the pain of sickness. Pat McGrath.
Maybe I'm partial but a grandmother that loved me. A woman of god. She loved all. But took time to care about others. Loved all of her grandchildren great ,and great great grandchildren. You will truly be missed Gg but know both Ed's are waiting on you and welcoming you to your new heavenly home.

Kris had the best smile ever. I think of her often and loved her genuine warmth each time I saw her. RIP sweet Kris.
