Leavy James Frazier, 74, of the Havelock Community passed at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
His Funeral service is 3:00 PM Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Craven Corner Missionary Baptist Church. Entombment will follow at the Frazier Family Cemetery.
Leavy is survived by his wife, Lue Ella Frazier, Beaufort; son, Chris Frazier, Las Vegas, NV; daughters, Tasia Frazier, Beaufort, Kizzie Tabourn, Winterville, Keola Perry, Havelock; brothers, Kellis Frazier, Beaufort and Donald Frazier, Havelock; sisters, Lula George, Reverend Jennie Lou Barrett and Janie Lee Nolan all of Havelock; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
