Marchelle Tyla Jones,32, of Durham a native of New Bern passed Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Duke Medical Center.
Celebration of Life Service is 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel.
She is survived by her parents, Reverend Willie Jones and First Lady Phyllis Jones of New Bern; two sons, Seldon Chosen Jones and Admir Caleb Jones; two sisters, Emilie Jones and Felicia Brown; two brothers, William Kittrell and Christian Kittrell.
To the big sister I found in you , to the friend who always gave me strength to push through any storm and the energy was matched 1000 fold. You are a real angel and I'm forever greatful for the 9 years we knew each other. You will always be family in my eyes ... I will forever miss youuu. Marchele, my daughter Jordan and i would go out to eat Chinese pretty often. They always made a pack to try something new, the looks on their faces when it was nasty was priceless and I got the best laughs at them To Pastor and 1st Lady and Emilie who loves her always, my prayers and love are always with you but especially during this time🙏🏾💞💋

We had our first son Kaleb 10 years ago I really miss her. I never thought it would be her.
