Service arrangements are pending at Oscar's Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Drive, New Bern.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Spicer of the home and Phyllis Perry, New Bern; one brother, Wade Lee Cox, Henderson, NC; two sisters, Gloria Sykes, Winston, Salem, NC and Tina Wilkes, Brooklyn, NY; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
