Mary Elizabeth Foye,74, was called to rest on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
Her service is 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Mt. Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, James City. Interment will follow in the Meadows Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Louis Williams, Vanceboro, NC; five daughters, Yolanda Bradshaw, Vanceboro, NC, LaKeshia Register, Durham, NC, Morricka Foye, Norfolk, VA, Mia Miller, Kinston, NC and Kameshia Foye, Kinston, NC; three brothers, David Lowry, Charlotte, NC, Anthony Williams, New Bern, NC and Randy Williams, Vanceboro, NC; sixteen grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

So very sorry for the loss of your Mom. Mary was the type of person that gave it to you straight with no chaser. I first met her while working at the Wic office and she was coming in for her grandkids. Family hold on to your memories and each other. The road may get rough but just know that GOD will be with you always. I send you all my love and prayers.
