She is survived by her three sons, William W. Murphy, Jr., Kinston, NC, Matthew Murphy, Killeen, TX and Edward Murphy of the home; one daughter, Linda Perry, Buffalo, NY; one brother, Raleigh Bryant, Pollocksville, NC; two sisters, Charity Murphy and Eula Gooding both of New Bern; grandchildren and great grandchildren.

I will always remember you getting water for your oatmeal, looking for a item to fill a order, vacuuming the floors or talking about going fishing at Bender Burkot. My greatest memory will be from a few years ago when Sharon and I stopped by and caught you down working in your garden. Rest Easy Ms. Mary Jane!!!
