We're sorry to hear Monroe passing he was one of early friends in NB often visiting and having a great time we the same age and I believe I had him by 20 lbs or sooo. To God be the Glory the death angels are working overtime

Sending Condolences to the Hassell Family. I met Monroe years ago in the mall in the early 80's at Belk's Department Store where I worked after College. He was a smooth talker and very handsome. A great guy to make you smile and laugh. I appreciate those old school days knowing him. All we have is memories. Rest in Peace 🕊

To the Hassell family: Monroe will never be forgotten. I meet Monroe a long time ago and whenever we seen each other it was just like yesterday. Everything was still the same. To the family, my deepest condolences and prayers are with you. Stay strong and hold on to God's hands. He will always be there for you to help you through this time.

Praying for the Family of my childhood friend. When I reflect on my relationship with Monroe, I can remember him always wanting to be around me and the other older guys in the neighborhood. We had fun, real fun, playing with any and everything that we could put our hands on. Thankfully, as we aged, we still found delight being in each other's company. Sorry to say good bye for now, but thrill to know that he is resting in majesty with the KING! For you Siblings, love will substain you through moments ahead!
