Obbie Collins Godette Sr., 78, of Havelock, NC passed Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Crystal Coast Hospice, Newport.
His Service is 12:00 PM, Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Fountain of Life Ministries 301 Greenfield Heights Blvd. Havelock.
The entombment will follow at the Godette Family Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Eliza Brimage Godette of the home; three sons, Francis George (Catherine), Havelock, Kawana C. Godette (Danyiel), New Bern, Obbie Godette Jr. (Charity) Beaufort, NC; two daughters, Katrina Lancaster (Jeffrey) Muresboro, TN and Dee Anna Godette, Havelock; two brothers, William J. Godette Jr, New Bern, NC and Reverend Emmitt Godette, Grimesland, NC; four sisters, Betty Johnson, Minister Bertha McRae (Donald), Isadora Fisher (James) and Minister Chevelle Godette all of Havelock; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
