Patsie Ann Simmons Bynum, 73, of New Bern entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
Public viewing is at the funeral home only. Viewing begins 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Wednesday and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Thursday at Oscar’s Mortuary.
Her Service is 1:00 PM, Friday November 7, 2025 at Mt. Calvary MB Church 509 Carroll Street. The interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Tasha Franks of New Bern, NC; son, Tremayne Franks, Havelock, NC; one brother, Marion Brothers, New Bern; two sisters Shirley Simmons and Marion Matthews of New Bern; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
