Quincy Butler

" you don't know me but I'm your cousin" Those were the first words Quincy said to me the first time we met ! He was right! The Butler family had nine children. My dad Stephen, was one of the older sons and Quincy's dad, Uncle Louis was the "baby" of the family. Needless to say, we didn't grow up together Quincy had a great sense of humor.Whenever we met, he would always leave me smiling. Our loved ones will always be with us as long as we keep them in our hearts, Rest well in God's hands Cousin. Frances Butler Gibson

Condolences to the Butler family and friends; I have known Quincy since high school at West Craven High. We had some great memories and great laughter always on joke time (smile). He will be missed-a wonderful soul and friend.
