He is survived by his wife, Michelle Singleton Stanley, Vanceboro; son, Joseph Perry, Virginia; step-daughter, Brittany Mumford, Vanceboro; two brothers, Keith Stanley, Virginia and Randy Stanley, Georgia; one sister, Ernestine George, Georgia; five grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren..
