Rhysante' Yacin "Pookie" Long, 46 a native of the Perrytown Community of New Bern, NC., passed Sunday, May 8, 2022 at George Washington University Hospital, Washington, DC.

Celebration of life services Saturday, June 4th, 12:00 pm Sanders Family Cemetery, Perrytown Community, New Bern, NC.

He is survived by his mother Bernice Long-White, Temple Hills, MD; grandmother, Lucille Sykes, Worcester, MA; two sons Rhysante Long, of Fort Bliss, TX and Rhysante Long, of Raleigh, NC; two daughters Raya Long, of Houston, TX and Marlene Robertson, of Raleigh, NC; two sisters, Janasha McConner of New Bern and Tyshica McConner, of Columbia, SC; grandson
