His Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Pilgrim Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 313 Elder St, Historic James City Community, New Bern, NC.
He is survived by his devoted companion, Diane Williams; son, Rodrick Omar Foy, Oceanside, CA; three brothers, Edward A. Foy Jr. of Oceanside, CA, Willie L. Foy of Oceanside, CA, Joseph L. Foy of New Bern, NC; one sister, Carol Jean Foy of Raleigh, NC; two daughters of the heart, Arlisha McClease of Haslet, TX and Courtney Payton of New Bern, NC; six sons of the heart, Ricky Moore of Chapel Hill, NC, Russell Moore of New Bern, NC, Shawn Ridley and Marcus Payton of New Bern, NC, Carlos Williams and Demetrius Williams, Vista, CA; three grandchildren, of the heart; Shareece, Derek and Monique Williams of Vista, CA and great-grands of the heart.
