Obituary For Samuel Isaac Foskey, Jr.
Samuel Isaac Foskey, Jr.,76, a native of the James City Community, passed Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Crystal Coast Hospice, Newport, NC.
The Funeral service will be held at Reform Shiloh M.B. Church. Interment will follow in Meadows Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 30, 2026--April 2, 2026, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the home, 2505 Hartford Avenue, Pembroke Community.
Sam is survived by his children, Crystal Foskey, New Bern and Yolanda F. Johnson, Baton Rouge, LA; siblings, Kenneth Foskey, New Bern and Diane Foskey, New Jersey; six grandchildren.
