Samuel Isaac Foskey, Jr.,76, a native of the James City Community, passed Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Crystal Coast Hospice, Newport, NC.
The Funeral service will be held 12:00 PM, Friday April 3, 2026 at Reform Shiloh M.B. Church. Interment will follow in the Meadows Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 30, 2026--April 2, 2026, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the home, 2505 Hartford Avenue, Pembroke Community.
Sam is survived by his children, Crystal Foskey, New Bern and Yolanda F. Johnson, Baton Rouge, LA; siblings, Kenneth Foskey, New Bern and Diane Foskey, New Jersey; six grandchildren.
Weeping May Endure for a night, but Joy cometh in the morning. Praying for the family.
