Terry T. Harper,69, of the Pembroke Community passed Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Brook Stone Living Center, Pollocksville.
He is survived by his nephews, Donnie Harper, Dover, NC and Omar Harper, New Bern; a host of cousins.
