Obituary For Wanda Denise Simmons
Wanda Denise Berry Simmons,59, of New Bern entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Friends will be received at the residence of Debbie and Samuel Law, 2002 Stimpson Street, Pembroke Community.
Viewing hours are Thursday, November 13, 2025 from Noon to 6:00 PM and Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Oscar's Mortuary.
Her Funeral Service is 12:00 PM, Saturday, November 15, 2025, St. Peter's AME Zion Church 617 Queen Street, New Bern. The interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Gregory Simmons of the home; two sons, Tyrone Berry and Tyron Berry both of New Bern; one daughter, Bryanna Williams, New Bern; ten grandchildren; her father, William Bowles, New Bern; one brother, Marvin Berry; three sisters, Debbie Berry Law, Lori Duvall and Dorothy Berry all of New Bern.
