Honor to Cousin William Boone, he loved his family and enjoyed numerous kinds of relationships with others. Additionally, a great friend, community man, church member, and lover of people. They don't make men like him anymore and they aren't a lot of men like him that's left. Blessings to his family and legacy‼️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Dear Loretta, Sheresa, and Boone/Blanchard families, I am saddened to hear of the passing of Deacon Boone. I remember, fondly, when you all attended NZMBC here in Greensboro. In particular, he and Loretta were star pupils in my Sunday School class. Deacon Boone was very supportive and always had valuable input to the lessons. I used to love hearing him sing on the choir— "Sending Up The Timber" was one of my favorites. Please know that Deacon Boone impacted so many people and in an inspiring way. "There's a dream that I dream | Of my heavenly home | And I know that I'm going there someday | Maybe morning, night or noon | I don't know just how soon | That's why I'm sending up my timber everyday!" ML Haigler | Greensboro, NC
