William “Pop” Sebastian Harvey, 65, of New Bern passed Tuesday, March 19, 2024 in Rochester, New York.
His service is 2:00 PM Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Dr. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
He is survived by his brothers, Wilbur Harvey (Denise), Garner, NC and William A. Hall, New Bern, NC; aunt, Marian Harvey White, Piscataway, NY; uncle, Charles Alexander, Sanford, NC.; Nephew, Logan Harvey; nieces, Ameia Harvey and Kamerin Dean (Vincent);Kelvin White, Rhonda Copeland, Charles Alexander III, and a host of cousins, and friends
