Mrs. Willie was always a blessing to me every since I moved to New Bern. She welcomed me into her family like she had known me for years and my children adored her just as much as I did. I'll never forget one day my youngest was 4 at the time and he said Mrs. Willie when was the last time you had a piece of hot fish and she said BOY I don't know but since you said it I wouldn't mind a piece right now!! We laughed a long time about that. Prayers to Mr. Booker, Charles and Andy. She will live on forever in our hearts. Kim Edwards

A beautiful Angel is gone to be with her Lord and Savior. Aunt Willie was a Wonderful, Strong, Determined and Positive woman o God...I could go on forever about her because whenever I came down to visit her it was a great pleasure to see witness her positive spirit..In Life we don't always recognize our 'Angels" right before our eyes until they are gone..Sleep on Aunt Willie and rest in God's Arms.. I know you are where the Gates are Golden, and every day is like Sunday...I truly believe on Thursday when God dispatched his Angels out you Stood Up and Raised your Arms and an Angel got on each side of you & Lift you Up towards Heaven!!!
