Mr. Terrence Lee Alford, 49, known as TeeLee was called home suddenly on February 19, 2026at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist High Point Medical Center. He was born on October 11,1976 to the late Bill Lee Alford and Karen B. Alford Johnson. He was also preceded in death by his grandfather, Nathanial (PJ) Brown, grandmother, Bernice W. Alford, grandfather, Johnnie Alford.
He attended Guilford County Schools. Tee was the most kindhearted, caring man, son, brother, father, cousin, nephew, and friend, and worked hard to fulfill a lot of his dreams before leaving this earth.
Torrence was a radiant life of the party, who delighted in fishing, exploring new horizons, cherishing family and friends’ moments and spreading contagious laughter. Tees’ personality was outstanding, and he was very respectful, he was loved by many.
Left to cherish his memories are his son, Treshawn Alford of High Point, NC; brother, Shawn Alford of Charlotte, NC; sister, Tiara Brown of Charlotte, NC; maternal grandmother, Parthenia Brown of High Point, NC; aunts, Helen Alford of South Carolina; Sara Alford, Elizabeth Alford, Gladys Eccles, Joyce Brockman and Lottie Brockman all of North Carolina; uncles, Charles Alford, Geral Brown, Greg Brown and Michael Brown all of North Carolina; life time partner, Dee Zimmerman and his son’s mother, Nikki Haney.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow at Guil-Rand Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.

When I meet him I was abt 7 or 8 his mother lived upstairs by my father in Farmington and he was a nice person then and as we grew older he was a funny person loved to have fun and I'll never forget that big smile RIP the Lord loved u more
