Lovie Jean Cullins was the oldest of the Parker Dozen children, born to the late Randolph and Ruby Parker. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vickie, brother, Timothy, and her maternal grandmother, Esther Cullins.
Lovieβs deep passion for the hospitality industry led her to many years of working with several organizations that utilized her talents and strong relationships to service in the community.

Her church affiliation was with the Church of God of Prophecy
Her hobbies included cooking, sewing, and coloring. She felt fortunate to share her talents with so many people throughout her life.
Relatives left to cherish her memories are her son, Roger; grandchildren, Justin, DJ, and Quadir; great-granddaughter, Liliana; siblings, Linda, Iris (John), Randy, William, Deborah (Reverend Anthony), Stefan, Denise (Alvin), Tammy (Willie), Kenny, Nathan, a special cousin who was like a sister, Esther, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
