Lanetha C Branch, 91, of Memphis, TN passed away on May 21, 2026 at Midtown Health & Rehab in Memphis, Tennessee. Laneath was born on January 22, 1935 to David Collins and Myrtle Burwell-Collins in Memphis, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents, David Collins Sr and Myrtle Burwell-Collins. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 from 9:00 am - 10:50 am at Metropolitan Baptist Church 767 Walker Ave Memphis, TN 38126. Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Metropolitan Baptist Church 807 Walker Ave Memphis, TN. Burial will take place at Elmwood Cemetery.

My heartfelt condolences to the entire Collins family during this difficult time.
Although I never had the opportunity to meet you in person, Cousin Pam made sure that we connected by phone, and I am grateful for that blessing. Your kindness and spirit left an impression on my heart.
While we grieve your passing, we rejoice in knowing that you are now resting peacefully in the arms of Jesus. One day, I look forward to seeing you on the other side.
