I recently spent a week sharing a nursing home room with Mr. Hicks at the Laurels of Bon Air. What a fine gentleman I found him to be. A real Christian man with whom I prayed often.I know he is free from his suffering and pain and is surely in heaven, face to face with Jesus Christ. God bless the soul of this remarkable man.
There is no question as to where Stephan is. He has claimed the promise. And certainly, Stephan has done so with a humble grin that blooms to a full- on smile. I was there at Metro Business League when he was honored. It was that smile, delight, joy, and virtue. I love you, brother. In every way, you made a difference.
My condolences go out to his wife and daughters. I will forever remember Stephan for his unwavering kindness and compassion. He always went out of his way to lend a helping hand and make others feel valued. His ability to brighten someone's day with a simple gesture or a kind word was genuinely remarkable. One of the things I admired most about Stephan was his incredible work ethic and dedication. His commitment to excellence was evident in everything he did, inspiring me to push myself harder. He was not only a valued colleague but also an actual role model. I love you and miss you dearly!
