Timothy C. Ratliff, 1st & foremost a Child of GOD, Loving Son, Brother, Uncle and Good Friend to many. I know his Sister Lisa and Mother Mrs Sylvia so I felt as though I knew him. Apparently according to the Lord's will Timothy's works were completed here on Earth so he was entitled to receive his Ultimate Blessing, Eternal Life in Glory (Heaven)😇

I met Tim when I was 20. His beautiful spirit, empathy, positive, kindness and love was soo full. Here in our later years we talked more and more about our internal growth over tines. He was more than a stylist extraordinaire, he was true friend since day one. He was also a confidant like no other of which us rare to come across.
