Timothy C. Ratliff, 55, of Richmond, died March 13, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, Dallas Ratliff. Surviving are his spouse, Steven R. Amos; mother, Sylvia W. Ratliff; two sisters, Lisa Ratliff and Debra Ratliff; brother, Willy Ratliff; nieces and nephew; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday, March 18 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. and where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Timothy C. Ratliff, 1st & foremost a Child of GOD, Loving Son, Brother, Uncle and Good Friend to many. I know his Sister Lisa and Mother Mrs Sylvia so I felt as though I knew him. Apparently according to the Lord's will Timothy's works were completed here on Earth so he was entitled to receive his Ultimate Blessing, Eternal Life in Glory (Heaven)π

I met Tim when I was 20. His beautiful spirit, empathy, positive, kindness and love was soo full. Here in our later years we talked more and more about our internal growth over tines.
