To the entire family my heart goes out to you with the loss of "Billy" as we called him when we worked together at VSU. Although I left VSU years ago I would still see Billy from time to time. It was always so nice to see him. When I lost my loving husband "Al Ghee" Billy and Charlene were right there at the memorial service.
