I met Annette over 15 years ago at New York City Department of Environmental Protection where we both worked until she retired. I was sadden to hear of her transition. I pray the Holy Spirit comforts the family like only He can during this season. Cynthia K. Spann
Deacon Annette Reid was a kind, gentle, smart, angel. When you meet an angel, keep the photo in your family album. Thanks Deacon Reid, I will keep the memories.
Annette and I worked together at the National Convention and the Eastern Region. She was my marching partner. She was indeed a Christian Woman. She will be missed. Please keep your trust in God. He will see you thru. Be Blessed. Usher Julia A. Kitchen
Deacon Annette Reid was one of the best teachers that taught at the Usher School held at Brown Memorial Baptist Church, in Brooklyn, New York as a result my daughter graduated.
I am deeply saddened to learn of your transition. It was a joy to work with you in the Education Department of NUCUA. Rest well my sister as you join the Angels in Heaven.
Sis.Reid was such a kindhearted person. She was one of the instructor at the National United Church Ushers Association of American, Inc. School of Ushering I was one of her students graduating class of 2019. She was a no-nonsense instructor yet gentle. Sis. Reid was so proud of our class. If I had to be mentor by anyone from FBCCH it would have been her. Peace and loving blessings Sonia Branigan
